By using this website or submitting a case referral, you agree to these terms. If you are acting on behalf of a patient, an insurer or a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
1. Not for Emergencies
In a life-threatening emergency, always call your local emergency services first. Our website, forms and messaging channels are coordination tools — they are not an emergency dispatch service and are not monitored as a substitute for local emergency response.
2. Our Services
Eagle Group coordinates medical assistance — including Guarantees of Payment, hospital admissions, house calls, tele-consultations, and medical repatriation — through its operating desks. Services are delivered subject to the applicable insurance policy, assistance agreement or written engagement covering the case. Submitting a referral does not, by itself, create an obligation to deliver a service where no such coverage or agreement exists.
3. No Medical Advice via the Website
Content on this website is general information about our services. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Clinical decisions on a case are made by the licensed physicians and medical directors involved in that case.
4. Accurate Information
When you open a case, you agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Inaccurate policy or clinical information can delay verification, authorization and care.
5. Intellectual Property
The Eagle Group, EGS and Eagle International Assistance names, logos and the content of this website are the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not submit false, fraudulent or malicious case referrals.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the website or our systems.
- Do not use our channels to send unlawful or abusive content.
7. Liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Eagle Group is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the website itself. Liability relating to assistance services on a specific case is governed by the agreement or policy under which that case is handled.
8. Third-Party Links
Links to external sites (including LinkedIn and WhatsApp) are provided for convenience. Those platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Eagle Group entity handling your matter — the United Arab Emirates for EGS (Dubai), and the Arab Republic of Egypt for Eagle International Assistance (Cairo) — without prejudice to mandatory protections available to you under your local law.
